How do I return or exchange an item?

If you want to change the size or color of a product, you must return the goods and place a new order in the online store. If you wish to return a product, the money will be refunded to you when the package has arrived at our warehouse. Before returning, please contact us by e-mail at

Which products can I return?

Any product purchased can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the package or product is damaged due to misuse or negligence, the product cannot be returned.

How do I return an item I bought from a store?

We can only receive goods that have been purchased from If you have bought an item from a shop then contact them directly and they will help you.

I have received an item as a gift. Can this be returned?

Yes, if this was purchased on, you can return the item within 30 days after it has been delivered. We need the name of the buyer and also require the item to be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service to confirm. If the item was purchased in a store, contact them directly.

When will I get my money back?

Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your money to the same account where the payment was made. Please note that any shipping charges will not be refunded. Depending on your bank, it will normally take between 2-5 working days for the money to reach your account.
